Q1:- Draw symbols used in DFD and State what it mean ?

Q2:- State the different between arrow and circle symbols in CPM, Context diagram and DFD ?

Q3:- Draw and state name of two symbols used in DFD and not used in context diagram ?

Q4:- Draw a context diagram for a payroll processing system where the external entities are : Time keeping department which prepare time card data , Human resources department which submit payroll change data , Employees who receive pay checks , Top Management which receive payroll summaries and Government Agencies which receive tax information's .

Q5:- Refer to the following graphic :-

Required :- 5-1- State if the abovementioned graphic is context diagram or DFD and why ?

5-2- Is abovementioned graphic TRUE or FALSE and Why ?

5-3- Draw level 0 DFD if you know that the sub processors as the following :- Process employee hours worked , process payroll process data , process paychecks and process payroll reports AND needed data store is Payroll master file .

Q6:- Draw a D.F.D for the following parts of financial accounting system described as the following :

When customer wants to buy a product he send sales order . The accounts ehab verifies the sales order and then create an invoice فاتورة and sent it to the customer , when h receive a check for payment he create a receipt إيصال استلام and sent it to the customer . after that ehab update a transaction file ملف المعاملات and generate a special accounts receivable report from this file .

Q8:- Answer question 1-1 and 1-2 in application book Part 3 Page 55 and Draw context diagram ?

Q9:- Answer question 1 in application book Part 3 Page 93 ?
