and Data Flow Diagram Answer :

1-1- above mentioned diagram is a document flowchart because :

- it describe dataflow between internal entities in the organization .

- use Triangle symbol to store files .

IS NOT a context diagram because :

- it doesn’t describe data flow with external entities and context diagram describe it .

- it contain data flow between internal entities and context diagram doesn’t describe it .

- store symbol not used in context diagram

Is not a data flow diagram because :

- it doesn’t describe data flow with external entities and DFD describe it .

- DFD use rectangle symbol for store files not using triangle .

- DFD describe internal entities with circles symbol not in table .

1-2- : errors is :1- across arrow in Cash department .

2- delivery document in Cash department moved to store symbol in Accountant Department .

Solving errors : 1- using circles to avoid across arrows .

2- using document symbol in Accountant Dep. And then store from it .

1-3- : data files in sales dep. Stored Alphabetically and data files in Store dep. Stored with order Number .

Solving them : 1- move C5 arrow and redraw D1 store symbol . 2- delete B11 arrow .
